Executive Assistant

+ Creative Partner

Location: Hybrid – Columbia City, IN (some travel required)
Type: Contract-to-Hire or Full-Time
Compensation: Based on experience + travel & project bonuses

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, creative, and adaptable Executive Assistant to join Team BTR — supporting athlete, coach, and creator Jace Morgan across brand outreach, media, and content production.

This isn’t your typical assistant role — it’s for someone who thrives in motion. You’ll help manage communication, coordinate travel and partnerships, organize filming schedules, and assist with creative direction for upcoming campaigns, podcast episodes, and brand collaborations.

If you love storytelling, fitness, travel, and building something meaningful from the ground up, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Brand & Communication Management

  • Serve as the first point of contact for brands, media, and collaboration inquiries.

  • Manage my inbox, schedule, and outreach pipeline with professionalism and warmth.

  • Draft and help me organize press releases, media packets, and sponsorship proposals.

  • Coordinate interviews, podcast appearances, and public speaking engagements.

Content & Creative Support

  • Assist in planning and executing shoots for YouTube, podcasts, and travel content.

  • Capture behind-the-scenes moments, organize footage, and help outline storyboards.

  • Collaborate on social media strategy, captions, and post scheduling.

  • Research trends, guest backgrounds, and locations to fuel new creative ideas.

Project & Logistics Coordination

  • Manage calendars and scheduling across multiple ongoing projects and events.

  • Help with gear organization, packing, and travel logistics for races, shoots, and events.

  • Support long-term brand planning and creative development for the next 18–24 months.

  • Maintain detailed checklists, workflows, and timelines to keep projects running smoothly.

Who You Are

  • A natural organizer with strong communication and follow-through.

  • Creative, curious, and adaptable — you love turning chaos into order.

  • Passionate about storytelling, social media, and outdoor/adventure culture.

  • Comfortable working on the road, around athletes, and in fast-changing environments.

  • Proactive — you don’t wait to be told what to do; you anticipate what’s needed.

  • Familiar with digital tools like Google Workspace, Canva, Notion, and social platforms.

  • Bonus: experience with content creation, photography, or video editing.

Perks & Lifestyle

  • Work directly alongside Jace on projects that inspire and make an impact.

  • Travel to film locations, events, and races.

  • Flexible hours based on project needs — no two weeks are the same.

  • Creative input welcomed and encouraged.

  • Opportunity to grow with the brand into long-term leadership or creative roles.
